1. Scope

Aviaparts Hub Limited works exclusively in the civil commercial aviation market. This statement describes the approach we apply to inquiries and transactions. It is a statement of our own practice, not a certification, accreditation, or legal advice.

2. Applicable controls

Aircraft, engines, and parts may be subject to export controls, re-export controls, sanctions, and licensing requirements in one or more jurisdictions, depending on the asset, its origin, the parties, and the destination. Transactions may require licences or approvals before goods, technical data, or funds can move.

3. Counterparty and end-use review

• Verification of the counterparty and, where relevant, its ownership and control.
• Screening against applicable restricted-party and sanctions lists.
• Review of the stated end user, end use, and destination, including any transhipment or re-export intentions.
• Attention to red-flag indicators, including inconsistent or evasive information.

We may request end-user statements, corporate documentation, operating or maintenance approvals, and other supporting information before proceeding. We may decline or discontinue any inquiry or transaction at our discretion, and we will do so where proceeding would be unlawful or where the review cannot be completed satisfactorily.

4. Civil use only

Inquiries relating to specific requirements must be for legitimate civil aviation purposes. We do not support military end use or any diversion contrary to applicable trade controls or sanctions.

5. Records and airworthiness

Airworthiness status, records completeness, and certification requirements are determined on a transaction-by-transaction basis by the relevant approved organisations and authorities. We do not represent that any asset is airworthy, certified, or documented in a particular way unless confirmed in writing for that specific transaction.

6. Counterparty responsibility

Each party is responsible for its own compliance obligations, including obtaining any licences applicable to it. Information provided to us must be accurate and complete.
