1. Who we are

Aviaparts Hub Limited ("we", "us") is a company registered in Hong Kong, with a registered office at Rm 7B, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. We are the data user responsible for personal data collected through aviapartstrading.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you submit through the inquiry form: name, company name, business email, company country or region, phone number, whether that number accepts WhatsApp, intended delivery or operation country where provided, inquiry type, requirement summary, and your message.
• Submission context: submission reference, timestamp, the page the inquiry was sent from, campaign parameters present in the link you used, the privacy notice and form versions you were shown, and your acknowledgements.
• Anti-abuse data: we apply rate limiting using a salted, irreversible value derived from network and email identifiers. We do not store raw IP addresses in our inquiry records.

3. Why we use it

We use the information to assess and respond to your inquiry, to conduct initial transaction and counterparty review where relevant, to meet trade-control, sanctions, and other legal obligations that may apply, to maintain records of correspondence, and to protect the website from abuse.

4. Providing your data

Fields marked as required are necessary for us to evaluate and respond to an inquiry. If they are not provided, we may be unable to respond.

5. Who may process it

Personal data may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, database operations, and email delivery on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Where a transaction proceeds, information may be shared with counterparties, advisers, or authorities only where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers

Because our service providers and counterparties may be located outside Hong Kong, personal data may be transferred across borders in connection with these purposes.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for any period required by applicable law, record-keeping, or the defence of legal claims, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

Inquiry submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a restricted-access database. Inquiry records are not publicly readable.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data held by us, and ask us about our policies and practices. Send requests to contact@aviapartstrading.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Limited browser storage is used only to display your submission reference to you after you send an inquiry.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. The version shown at the time of your submission is recorded with your inquiry.
